The SKA-5CH1 is a high-capacity coffee huller engineered for efficient dry cherry processing. It hulls coffee with minimal friction between beans, reducing bean breakage and dust generation to protect product quality and yield.
Coffee is fed through the hulling cylinder and forced through a perforated screen by cross beaters. A powerful blower separates the husk and peel from the beans. An oscillating screen, controlled by a stepless adjustable drive, separates hulled coffee from unhulled material. Hulled beans move to the outer rim and are discharged through an outlet duct, while coffee moves toward the center for collection.
